This is to announce that R3D International has been the subject of a Management Buyout by the current management team, led by Jean-Yves Durocher and Chuck Stahl, a 30-year industry veteran and company leader of SAP implementation organizations (intelligence, Titan Technology Partners). The transaction occurred on March 16, 2021, with the transition scheduled to be complete by September 2021. Same great people and great service with offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, and France.
The name D4M was chosen as it stands for “Digital for Manufacturing” which better represents who we are and have been for the last 11 years. We will continue to grow our SAP (Enterprise) and Dassault (MES) practices to new levels while continuing to add services supporting the manufacturing sector across many industries.
We look forward to continuing to serve our customers as well as add new ones to our D4M family.
